Shipping & Delivery
Approved and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days* from date of confirmed payment. Shipping to confirmed addresses (within Australia) will generally take up to 5-7 working days.*

smartLifedirect is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit. smartLifedirect shall render the purchaser such assistance as may be necessary to press claims on carriers provided the purchaser shall have notified us and the carriers in writing immediately after the loss or damage is discovered on receipt of goods and shall lodge a claim on the carrier within seven days of the date of receipt of the goods.

Shipping/dispatch dates are approximate only. smartLifedirect shall not be liable for delay in performance resulting from or contributed by circumstances beyond smartLifedirect control and / or without limitation from or by fire, explosion, flood, accident to plant or equipment, riots, wars or national emergency, labour disputes of every kind, however caused, acts of government, inability to obtain suitable material or equipment, acts of carriers or postal authorities. Purchaser may not cancel because of any delay or for any other reason not the fault of smartLifedirect
*Note: Public holidays are classed as non working days. From time to time smartLifedirect will be closed, notification of any closure dates will be advised in advance.

Payment & Security
smartLifedirect accepts payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards displaying a Visa or MasterCard logo).
If we are unable to successfully process your debit card or credit card for your order at time of purchase, then we may cancel your order.
Payment by debit card or credit card indicates that you authorise us to debit the amount payable for an accepted order from your nominated card.

Summary of total fees and charges can be viewed before proceeding to confirm payment and order. We will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery which specifies the total fees and charges for the products in the order.

smartLifedirect uses the SecurePay Internet Payment Gateway, in combination with a 128 bit SSL encryption issued by Equifax, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet.

Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.

No credit card information is stored by smartLifedirect except when subscribing for ongoing filter replacements. If a subscription is entered into, only your credit card number will be stored securely and encrypted and will only be used to process recurring payments. The CVV number of the card is not retained at any time. .

Privacy
Our respect for our customers' right to privacy of their personal information is paramount. We have policies and procedures to ensure that all personal information, no matter how or where it is obtained, is handled sensitively, securely, and will not be used in ways that the purchaser has not consented. Any and all information collected on smartLifedirect site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

The personal information that we ask for is generally used to provide goods or services to you. Personal information with your authorisation will only be used to advise you of new products and services. You have the right to tell us that you do not want us to send information to you other than for the main purpose for which we have collected your personal details.

Returns & Replacements
smartLifedirect warrants the equipment manufactured and products supplied by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Refer to the product user manual for specific product warranty details. Should the purchaser be less than satisifed with a product within the appropriate warranty period, and upon return with transportation charges prepaid by the customer to smartLifedirect designated service centre from time to time, smartLifedirect will repair or replace, at its option, any equipment which it determines to contain defective material or workmanship, and will return said equipment to purchaser, at smartLifedirect 's cost. smartLifedirect shall not be obligated, however, to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others, abused, improperly installed, altered or otherwise misused or damaged in any way. smartLifedirect will not be responsible for any dismantling, re-assembly or re-installation charges.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. smartLifedirect shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages claimed in connection with any rescission of this agreement by purchaser. smartLifedirect may, if specified, reduce or extend the period of warranty.

Injury Or Damage
Except as provided herein, all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose or as to design, assembly, installation, materials or workmanship or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded or limited to fullest extent permitted by law and smartLifedirect shall not be liable for physical or financial injury, loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply, layout, assembly, installation or operation of the goods or arising out of smartLifedirect negligence or in any way whatsoever.

Ordering
The purchase price of each product is shown on the product list on the site at the same time the order is placed. Products purchase prices include GST where applicable. When an order is processed online, smartLifedirect will charge the purchaser and the purchaser agrees to pay the purchase price of each product that is ordered, the delivery insurance costs (if selected) when the order is placed, and any other fees and charges set in the terms and conditions.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and ensuring products, product quantities, and delivery address are correct. smartLifedirect will not be held responsible for incorrect products and delivery addresses.

Pricing & Promotions
The purchase price of each product is shown on the product list on the site at the same time the order is placed. Products purchase prices include GST where applicable.

Product pricing may vary and change from time to time, smartLifedirect will not provide any notice of these changes. Prices accepted at time of purchase will not change in that order.

Viewing Orders
When placing orders, your current order can be viewed by clicking on “My Cart” before entering your Payment Information at the checkout.

Otherwise your order can be viewed after the Payment Information has been entered and verified at the checkout. Order will not be finalised at the Payment Information option, but after you have confirmed to proceed with the order when you have reviewed your order at Order Review.

Current and previous processed orders can be viewed in your account information.
